Travel WiFi Pro Unit Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide you with the best travel Wi-Fi units and customer service. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for the TravelWiFi Pro units.
2. Refund Period
Our refund policy covers the first 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
3. Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds will only be considered for the following eligible reasons during the first 6 months of ownership:
a. Performance Issues: If your unit experiences performance issues or malfunctions that are not caused by physical damage, you may request a refund.
b. Service Unavailability: If the service is not available or significantly disrupted in the location(s) for which you intended to use the unit, you may request a refund.
4. Ineligible Refund Reasons
The following reasons will not be considered for a refund:
a. Physical Damage: Any damage to the unit resulting from misuse, accidental drops, liquid damage, or any other physical damage is not eligible for a refund during the first 6 months.
b. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind or if you no longer require the unit for personal reasons.

b. Provide proof of purchase, including your order number and purchase date. For signal disruptions, kindly provide photos as proof as well.

d. If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the unit. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
e. Once we receive the returned unit and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
