Terms and Conditions for TRAVEL WIFI PRO BUNDLES

1. Offer Period: This promotion is valid from October 14, 2024 to December 31, 2024, or
while supplies last. Big Sky reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion
without prior notice.

2. Customers are eligible for one discounted bundle per transaction. Multiple transactions
are allowed.

3. Limitations of Discount: The discounted price is applicable only to the specific bundles
mentioned in the promotion.

4. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or special offers unless
otherwise stated.

5. Free Data Details:

a. Free data is valid for 30 days upon activation
b. Free data must be used in consecutive days within 30 days
c. Free data can be activated upon contacting Big Sky

d. Data must be activated within 180 days of purchase. Unused data will expire
after this period and cannot be refunded or rolled over.
e. Free data is valid in the countries mentioned above only.

6. Usage Policies: The Travel WiFi Pro device allows multiple device connections, but data
usage may be subject to fair use policies. Excessive data consumption may result in slower speeds to ensure fair access for all users.

7. Products purchased during this promotion are non-refundable, except in cases of defective units.

8. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, subject to Big Sky's inspection and approval process.

9. The Travel WiFi Pro device comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims do not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized
repairs.

10. Big Sky is not responsible for network interruptions or service issues caused by third-party providers, country-specific restrictions, or natural events beyond our control.

11. Big Sky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the device.

12. Big Sky reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers who purchased before such changes will not be affected by
modifications made after their purchase.

13. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Philippines.
