1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using the Travel WiFi Pro device ("Device"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Device.

2. Product Ownership

The Travel WiFi Pro is a retail product. Upon full payment and successful purchase, ownership of the Device is transferred to the customer.

3. Device Usage

The Device is intended for lawful personal or business use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the country or region where the Device is used.

4. Connectivity and Data Services

Internet connectivity is dependent on the selected data plan, network coverage, local carrier availability, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service availability in all locations.

5. Charging Requirements

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of the Device, customers should use only USB chargers rated between 5W and 20W.

The use of chargers exceeding 20W may cause device malfunction, reduced performance, battery issues, or permanent damage. Damage resulting from improper charging practices may not be covered under warranty.



6. Warranty

The Travel WiFi Pro device is covered by a six (6) month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use and operating conditions.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, the device may be repaired or replaced at the company's discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, including cracks, dents, or broken components

  • Water, liquid, or moisture damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering

  • Damage resulting from the use of incompatible chargers, accessories, or power sources

  • Damage caused by using chargers exceeding the recommended 5W–20W rating

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration from regular use

  • Loss, theft, or accidental damage

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

7. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Device

Returns and exchanges shall be subject to the company's Return and Exchange Policy. Customers must provide proof of purchase when requesting a return, exchange, or warranty claim.

Daily Plan (Per Day Package)

The Client acknowledges that all refund and cancellation requests—including those arising from non-usage due to emergencies, or flight-related issues—must be formally submitted via email to travelwifipro@bigskynation.com.

All refunds are contingent upon the outcome of this investigation and the corresponding approved refund amount. Once the investigation is completed and the refund is approved, the funds shall be credited to the Client’s account within five (5) banking days.

General Refund Guidelines:

  1. Refunds will only be issued for days with no data usage - applicable to daily packages only.

  2. Changes of travel dates are not eligible for a refund; bookings may only be rebooked.

  3. All paid bookings are final and non-refundable.

  4. Once the transaction is finalized, applied promotions cannot be changed, and new promotions cannot be applied.

  5. All refunds will be processed solely by Big Sky, regardless of the payment method used.

Big Sky Nation Inc. reserves the right to deny or adjust the refund amount if the investigation determines that the Device has been damaged, altered, or misused.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Device, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or interruption of services.

9. Software and Firmware Updates

The Device may receive software or firmware updates to improve functionality, security, and performance. Customers are encouraged to install updates when available.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper handling and maintenance of the Device

  • Safeguarding login credentials and account information

  • Following all operating and safety instructions provided with the Device

11. Promotional Bundle Terms (Applicable Only to Device Bundles with Included Data)

The following terms apply only to Travel WiFi Pro promotional bundles that include complimentary or discounted data allocations.

Bundle Eligibility

  • Customers are eligible for one discounted bundle per transaction.

  • Multiple transactions are permitted.

  • The discounted pricing applies only to the specific promotional bundles offered.

  • Bundle discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Data Terms

a. Data is valid for thirty (30) days from activation.

b. Data must be used within the validity period and cannot be extended, refunded, or converted to cash.

c. Data activation must be requested through any of the following official Big Sky channels:

D. Data must be activated within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of purchase. Any unactivated data will automatically expire after this period.

e. Data is valid only in the following countries:

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on our official website or other authorized communication channels.

It is a portable 4G LTE hotspot (Pocket WiFi) that provides high-speed internet in over 120 countries. Unlike traditional roaming, it connects to local networks automatically, giving you a stable connection without the "bill shock" of international roaming fees.

It’s a simple plug-and-play experience:

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds.
  2. Connect: Find the Network Name (SSID) and Password on the device screen or sticker.
  3. Go: Connect your phone, laptop, or tablet just like you would to your home WiFi.

Yes. Since the device creates its own WiFi signal, it works with any WiFi-enabled device, regardless of whether your phone is carrier-locked or not.

The Travel WiFi Pro works in 120+ countries across Asia, Europe, North America, and more. If you are traveling across multiple borders (e.g., a Euro-trip), the device will automatically switch to the best local provider in each country.

You can connect up to 8 devices simultaneously. Keep in mind that sharing the connection across many devices will distribute the total speed and may drain the battery faster.

Most plans offer high-speed data with a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This means after a certain daily threshold (e.g., 1GB or 2GB), your speed may be throttled, but you will never be completely disconnected or charged extra.

The Travel WiFi Pro features a 3,500 mAh battery, typically providing all-day connectivity (around 10–12 hours of active use).

The device uses a standard USB Type-C input. It can be charged via a wall outlet, a laptop, or an external power bank. 

Note: We recommend to use the adaptor with 5v/2amp for optimal charging

  • Location: Signal strength depends on local towers. Try moving the device near a window.
  • FUP: You may have exceeded your daily high-speed data limit.
  • Interference: Keep the device away from other electronics or large metal objects.

Ensure it is fully charged. If the battery is completely depleted, it may need to be plugged in for 5–10 minutes before the screen responds.

To save battery, turn off the device when you are back at your hotel using their local WiFi, and disable "Auto-Updates" on your connected devices to prevent them from eating your travel data in the background.
